摘要: PURPOSE OF REVIEW Several technological advances have greatly improved three-dimensional sonography, which acquisition and display capabilities. This review describes these technical changes as well current applications of 3D sonography in prenatal diagnosis. RECENT FINDINGS Recently published papers emphasized the potential getting a precise 'any plane choice' from volume, new way scanning, based on off-line analysis volume dataset. Surface mode has been used to demonstrate malformations genetic diseases. The maximum rendering mode, highlights bones, great for imaging nasal bones frontal with metopic suture. Organ can be measured, but utility this clinical practice remains determined. Three-dimensional ultrasound needs standardized. SUMMARY ultrasonography is most rapidly developing technique fetal imaging. New features will permit transition era 'sonography two-dimensional planes' 'volume ultrasound'.
