摘要: To understand the influence of plant quality on intraguild predation and consequently suppression a shared prey population as well yield, interactions between Aphis gossypii Glover (Hemiptera: Aphididae) (shared prey), Aphidoletes aphidimyza (Rondani) (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae) (intermediate predator), Orius laevigatus Fieber Anthocoridae) (top predator) were investigated in 25-day experiments cucumber, Cucumis sativus L. (Cucurbitaceae) at various N fertilization levels (90, 150, 190 p.p.m.) microcosm set-ups under greenhouse conditions. The final aphid size was significantly affected by an interactive effect predator application. Regardless levels, O. alone more effective than A. alone. In addition, risk for aphids being predated upon both predators together reduced low medium-N whereas it additive high-N treatment. suppressed 90 150 p.p.m. treatments. However, there no level. Total yield depended treatments with highest produced the150 level intreatments eitherO.laevigatusaloneorwith together. Our results demonstrate that weak asymmetric among does not ability to diminish bottom-upeffects onaphidpopulationsandthe lossesassociated aphidinfestations.
