摘要: We all very well know the literature that shows left and right hemispheres are differentially involved in cognitive processing. The hemisphere is often found to be more analytical sequential thought processes, imaginal holistic processes. Recent studies of behavioral task performance EEG electrodermal responses during hypnosis suggest there an enhancement involvement. For example, following have been demonstrated enhancements for hypnotically responsive individuals thinking (e.g., Crawford & Allen, 1983; Gruzelier, 1987), ratio shifts showing a greater involvement relation Banyai, Meszaros, Csokay, 1985; Chen, Dworkin, Bloomquist, 1981; MacLeod-Morgan, 1979, 1982; Crawford, Nagy-Kovacs, Szabo, evoked potential amplitude toward Greguss, 1982, Spiegel, Cutcomb, Ren, Pribram, 1985), decreases 1987; Brow, Perry, Rhonder, Thomas, 1984). Some Sabourin, 1986) reported no such hemispheric among high hypnotizables.
