摘要: Specific absorbance (A¦) is defined as the maximum of a 1% solution over 1-cm path length measured via spectroscopy. Finding reliable value for specific drug provides an important tool quantitative verification concentration analytical standards. Although many new drugs have emerged within last ten years, either do not A¦, or simply has never been published. This work focused on determining six psychoactive using ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, well comparing A¦ values purchased in 2017 to their counterparts 2019. The analyzed included Iloperidone, Risperidone, Aripiprazole, Vilazodone, Vortioxetine and Suvorexant.
