摘要: The gram-negative bacterium Helicobacter pylori is found in human gastric mucosa. A widely distributed H. infection associated with chronic gastritis, and duodenal ulcers, malignant neoplasms. In this study proteome maps of four clinical isolates derived from patients two Russian regions (Moscow/Moscow Region Novosibirsk) were obtained using 2D-electrophoresis MALDI-TOF-mass-spectrometry. Variability some proteins the level their expression have been evaluated. These could be easily subdivided into equal groups characterized by close profiles isolate Moscow Novosibirsk constituted one group. present demonstrates potential technology, which can employed together genome transcriptome studies for multiparameter typing pathogenic microorganisms.
