摘要: A systematic study was carried out on the synthesis of oriented continuous zeolite MFI thin films stainless steel substrate by direct in-situ crystallization, and clear correlation obtained between crystal orientation in film composition solution. Within system TPAOH:NaOH:TEOS:H2O:NaCl, OH-/Si Na+/TPA+ ratios play a critical role controlling orientation. For sodium-free or low sodium syntheses, only random-oriented are formed at ≥ 0.64, (a, b)-oriented 0.64 > 0.5 0.2 0.1, b-oriented 0.2. given ratio, addition Na+ leads to change from b-oriented, b)-oriented, b, c)-oriented, eventually random-oriented.
