摘要: Abstract We have investigated the binding Stoichiometry of chromosomal MCl protein on DNA using gel retardation technique. Analysis distribution complex containing 0, 1, 2, 3...... bound proteins shows that interacts with as a monomer. Binding experiments short fragments various lengths site size is 11 bp in length. These results are compared to those obtained other including HU protein.
