Citizen science engages target groups in the design and execution of health interventions, but has yet been applied an occupational setting. This preliminary study determines barriers facilitators feasible elements for citizen to improve The was conducted a terminal construction company by performing semi-structured interviews focus with employees, management experts. Interviews were analyzed using thematic content analysis pilot tested.
