摘要: Members of the amino acid transporters (AATs) gene family transported across cellular membranes and participated in various aspects normal plant growth developmental processes as well environmental responses. To date, no overall analysis or expression profiling AAT Populus has been reported. An investigation genome revealed 100 putative genes. These genes were classified into 11 subfamilies based on phylogenetic analysis. In each subfamily, constituent parts structure motif relatively conserved. A total distributed 19 chromosomes with 18-pair segmental duplication 19-gene tandem events, indicating that duplications contribute almost equally to expansion PtAAT family. Analysis Ka/Ks ratios showed duplicated basically underwent purifying selection. The levels 17 acid/auxin permease (AAAP) subfamily under abiotic stresses different tissues investigated by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) explore their stress-related tissue-specific patterns. qRT-PCR results precise role individual gene. This study presents a thorough overview provides new perspective evolution this indicate may be involved many responses stress conditions. Additionally, solid foundation for uncovering biological roles
