摘要: Background Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration (LCBDE) remains an underused treatment for choledocholithiasis, likely in part because of a lack exposure to the procedure during surgery residency. In this study, we implemented resident LCBDE curriculum using previously validated procedural simulator. Methods Senior residents underwent consisting deliberate practice Residents performed simulated transcystic and transcholedochal before after completing curriculum, which were rated by three faculty.
