摘要: Abstract The La Mora Formation is the oldest Mesozoic floodplain succession in Mixteca Terrane of Southern Mexico. presence Amazonian detrital zircons and overlying volcanic Diquiyu Unit indicates a major fluvial system that drained Terrane. Paleo-River crossed Oaxaquia microcontinent prior to breakup Pangea, during Late Triassic–Early Jurassic time, when Acatlan–Oaxaquia block was part northwestern portion craton. Detrital have ages between 3307 ± 31 210 ± 12 Ma, which suggest they originated Amazonia Mexico: 33.2% are found only sources; whereas 66.7% may be associated with either craton, Andean Basement, or We propose Amazon basin westward direction, its mouth central it most likely fed Toliman submarine fan. inferred location tectonic at time implies basement Mexico experienced right lateral displacement least 2300 km respect South America Mesozoic.
