摘要: On the whole, healthy adaptive immune system is responsive to foreign antigens and tolerant self. However, many individual lymphocytes have, even require, substantial self-reactivity for their particular functions in immunity. In this review, we discuss several populations of that are thought experience agonist stimulation through T cell receptor during selection: nTreg cells, iNKT nIELs, nTh17s. We nature self-reactivity, how it compares with conventional why important overall health. also outline molecular pathways unique each lineage consider possible commonalities development survival.
