摘要: A novel structure is proposed for plasmonic directional couplers based on the steptrench waveguide. The Coupling length and maximum transfer power have been drived as a function of structural parameters. Analysing coupler done with aid compound method. First, propagation constants symmetric anti modes are extracted mode solver (based numerical method finite element). Then coupling previous step. Finally performance compared v-groove coupler, revealing reduction structure.
