摘要: An apparatus and method, for use in a satellite-based communications network, minimizing blocking of communication between the network access terminals resulting from differences signal propagation delays due to their different locations within coverage area serviced by spot beam generated satellite network. The includes segregator which segregates into at least one zone based on maximum minimum delay experienced beam. further carrier grouper groups number corresponding offset zones, assigns each group respective zones. carriers assigned is proportional estimated located assigned. burst so that signals being transmitted are accordance with same offset. Accordingly, arranged efficiently TDMA time frames over terminals, therefore minimizes call blocking.
