摘要: This paper reports the development of spherical Ag@SiO2 nanocomposites in which fluorescein isothiocyanate molecules have been incorporated using a silane coupling agent and straightforward microemulsion-based synthesis procedure. The photophysical characteristics core-shell coreless nanostructures with similar silica shell thickness fluorophore densities are measured compared, show unequivocally that presence silver core decreases lifetime by factor as high 4 steady-state fluorescence intensity is increased 3. relationship between enhancement yield influence on resonance energy transfer processes was examined anisotropy measurements. These nanoparticles provide higher detectability lower self-quenching, whereas faster recycling time offers more robustness toward photobleaching.
