摘要: Acute knee injuries resulting in locking hemarthrosis or instability are not necessarily the result of meniscal ligamentous injury. Fractures articular surface have been reported to occur approximately 10% acute traumatic hemarthrosis.1–8 Meniscal and readily lent themselves repair resection. Articular cartilage lesions quite opposite, with satisfactory surgical outcomes less reliably achieved. Early diagnosis treatment necessary avoid early arthritis involved compartment loose-body formation.
