摘要: Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC), the least common form of cholangiocarcinomas, is a rare hepatobiliary malignancy that arises from epithelial cells intrahepatic bile ducts. The incidence ICC has been rising in global scale over last twenty years, which may reflect both true increase and trend earlier detection disease. Other than some well recognized causative risk factors, association between viral metabolic factors pathogenesis increasingly identified recently. Surgical resection currently only feasible modality with curative ability, but resectability curability remain low. high invasiveness predisposes tumors to multifocality, node metastasis vascular invasions, leading poor long-term survival after resection. role liver transplantation controversial, while locoregional treatments systematic therapies provide benefits, especially patients unresectable advanced tumors. present review discussed epidemiology, surgical multimodal management ICCs, mainly focused on outcomes associated treatment.
