摘要: Background/Aim. Despite vitamin D insufficiency being widely reported, in Serbia the epidemiological data lack information regarding status sera of postmenopausal women. The aim this study was to establish prevalence inadequate serum 25-hydroxyvitamin [25(OH)D] concentrations Serbian women with seasonal variations 25(OH)D, relation parathyroid hormone (PTH) and bone mineral density (BMD). Methods. A total 95 women, mean age 65.1 ± 9.08 years, were examined. Measurements 25(OH)D PTH performed both winter summer period, using electrochemiluminiscence immunoassays. BMD (g/cm2) measured by dualenergy x-Ray absortimetry (DXA) method on spine hip areas. Results. decreased value ( 65 pg/mL) 25.3% cases found.
