摘要: Abstract In this work an innovative on-shore marine turbine has been deployed. The peculiarity is the anchoring system, consisting in a rope subjected only to tensile stress, central deflector, responsible of equilibrium horizontal plane, and floating stabilizer, keeping machine vertical position. introduction couple rotors, instead one, important step design. By rotating opposite direction rotors make free from any torsional effects. Based on experience gained, design procedure described. Considering conditions as key point design, equations plane are obtained. guaranteed by deflector while one buoyant stabilizer. After several calculations simulations, carried out for site Punta Pezzo (Messina – Italy), energy output payback time evaluated.
