摘要: A method and apparatus is disclosed whereby noise introduced at one or more base stations in non-HSDPA cells into the uplink signal from user devices. As a result, apparent quality of channel those will appear to be lower than actual that channel. The power control commands issued station device will, therefore, reflect this estimated and, as follow HSDPA cell. Therefore, transmit remain adequate communicate with cell UL DL synchronized, path imbalance reduced.
