Method for improving sag resistance

摘要: A coating composition made with fumed silica, a hydroxy-functional amide compound, and volatile organic portion, wherein the portion comprises about 1 to 7% by weight of first liquid or combination liquids (i) having an evaporation rate less than equal 0.1 (ii) in which compound is insoluble has improved sag resistance. Sag resistance may be further including at least 10% second greater 2.0. Finally, flow leveling (resulting reduced orange peel smoother appearance) can improved, without worsening resistance, from 5% 60% dispersant for silica based on soluble liquids.
