摘要: A process and a product of for producing agglomerated flavor bits is disclosed. The are produced by mixing sugar vegetable oil with starch gum. Flavorings can be added to this blend. Upon blend corn syrup solution agglomeration occurs. Following agglomeration, the particles dried sifted through U.S. #6 mesh size. Particles suitable use in cooked grain cereals other foods.
