摘要: The use of laser radiation for excising pathological tissue located within the body. One problem involved is propagating beam to without damaging intermediate tissue. This solved by providing a cannula (17) conducting into body made pyrolytic graphite having its crystalline axis disposed so that there minimum heat transfer from interior exterior. Additional desirable goals in such surgery include precise control position and density beam, reduction blood flow after excision promotion faster healing. These are advanced collimator (13) adjusting cross-sectional area an electrically responsive crystal deflector (15) gyrating excised has frusto-conical volume. A servo system (23, 24, 25) provided (17).
