摘要: In this study, wind speed data from four stations, which are located in Elazig and its close regions, analyzed. Data fitted to the Weibull Rayleigh probability distribution functions. Probability functions derived cumulative function used calculate mean variance of actual data. The best way representing performance distributions is use statistical parameters such as correlation coefficient (R 2), chi-square (χ2) root square error analysis (RMSE). annual power 5.66 m/s 246.27 W/m2 for Maden, 3.86 98.90 Agin, 3.14 41.37 Elazig, 2.27 15.83 Keban.
