摘要: The amount of publicly shared proteomics data has grown exponentially over the last decade as solutions for sharing and storing have improved. However, use is often limited by manner which it made available. There are two main approaches: download inspect locally, or interact with via one more web pages. first having to thus requires local computational skills resources, while latter most in terms interactivity analysis options A solution develop web-based systems supporting distributed fully interactive visual data. a architecture makes possible perform at server, results can be displayed browser without need whole dataset. Here challenges related developing such omics will discussed. Especially how this allows multiple connected displays dataset setting, benefits provide data. This article part Special Issue entitled: Computational Proteomics.
