摘要: L’infection par certains types de papillomavirus a risque (HPV HR) est une condition requise pour le developpement des pre-cancers et du cancer col uterin. Ce fait ete etabli les etudes epidemiologies sur larges series qui ont evalue facteurs chez sujets presentant neoplasies intraepitheliales cervicales (CIN) ou dysplasies. Les mecanismes moleculaires allant la replication l’integration virale dans l’ADN noyau jusqu’a transformation cellulaire sont bien connus.
