摘要: Neurolytic blockade is one of the therapeutic possibilities to treat spasticity various muscles. In patients with adductor thigh muscles, a percutaneous approach obturator nerve often difficult. We describe new and we examine its feasibility. The second objective was assess efficacy neurolysis for management muscle pain associated hemiplegia or paraplegia. Nerve blocks were performed via combined using fluoroscopy stimulation identify nerve. Neurolysis by injection 65% ethanol. 27 in 23 patients. Technical evaluation achieved terms number attempted needle insertions, time accurate location success rate. block assessed four scores: degree alleviation spasm triple flexion lower limb, improvement gait facilitation hygienic care. Success rate technique 100% 130+/-35 s. Compared scores measured immediately before block, all studied parameters significantly improved. Efficiency significant on (p<0.001 at 1 day p<0.01 60 120 months). Triple also improved (p<0.05 from days), as well (p<0.02) hygiene (p<0.01) scores. No complications occurred. represents which proved be accurate, fast, simple, highly successful reproducible. Obturator confirmed an efficient cost-effective reduce related improve care neurological sequelae stroke, head trauma any lesion motor neurone.
