摘要: Abstract We have found a quantitative connection between the evolution of inhomogeneous nanoscale electronic gaps (INSEG) state detected in Bi2Sr2CaCu2 O 8 + δ by scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy (STM/S) and two universal, upper lower, pseudogaps high-temperature cuprate superconductors (HTCS). When doping temperature dependent INSEG map were analyzed using our proposed hole-scale, we find that are connected to specific coverages CuO2 plane INSEG: 50% 100% planes correspond lower pseudogaps, respectively. This indicates origin measured pseudogap energies temperatures intimately related geometrical coverage state. superconductivity coexist underdoped overdoped regimes. suggest states microscopically is necessary condition for high- T c superconductivity.
