摘要: A rapid and sensitive analytical method for the simultaneous determination of thirteen endocrine disruptors (five phthalates, seven parabens, bisphenol A) in a single chromatographic run has been developed first time. The separation method, based on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC), allows all compounds (including isobaric pairs) less than 4.1 min. fast polarity switching mode triple quadrupole mass spectrometer used enables registration positive (phthalates) negative (parabens BPA) ions same acquisition run. Response Surface Methodology was optimization method. optimum elution program starts with 0.2 min isocratic conditions (79.8% water; 20% acetonitrile, 0.2% ammonium formate 5mM at pH 10.2), then content acetonitrile is linearly increased 2 up to 42%, later 98% 1.1 characteristics were satisfactory. robust showed linear response coefficients (R(2)) higher 0.991 range 5.0-2000 pg column (or higher) investigated. Instrumental intra- inter-day precision (expressed as relative standard deviation) lower 12% parabens A, between 5.9% 27% phthalates. detection quantification limits (iLODs iLOQs) medium-high femtograms (270-1300 iLODs). Finally, suitability demonstrated through its application analysis commercial personal care products (shower gels) without any sample treatment, only simple dilution, being possible determine presence almost gels analyzed.
