摘要: Norovirus (NoV) GII-4 has emerged as the predominant NoV genotype in outbreaks of gastroenteritis worldwide. We determined clinical features associated acute (AGE) comparison with AGE other types infants during seasons 2001 and 2002. During prospective follow-up period, 128 primary infections due to were identified 405 infants; these, was found 40 cases (31%). longer duration diarrhea vomiting than genotypes, suggesting greater virulence GII-4.
