摘要: Abstract. Allyl isothiocyanate (AITC) has been found to present sources from consumed cruciferous vegetables. AITC is known possess pharmacological and anticancer activities. The study was designed test the hypothesis that suppressed invasion migration of epidermal growth factor (EGF)-stimulated HT29 cells elucidate mechanisms for antimetastatic abilities in vitro . EGF-stimulated were determined individually by Transwell cell wound-healing assays. Our results showed effec-tively inhibited both invasive migratory ability cells. Furthermore, downregulated protein levels matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), MMP-9 mitogen-activated kinases (MAPKs) (p-JNK, p-ERK p-p38) western blot analysis following EGF induction. Thus, metastatic responses AITC-treated after stimulation mediated MMP-2/-9 MAPK signaling pathways. We also used gene expression microarrays investigate related growth, G-protein coupled receptor, angiogenesis, adhesion, cycle mitosis, migration, cytoskeleton organization, DNA damage repair, transcription translation, EGFR PKB/mTOR signals. In summary, it possible suppresses EGF-induced cells, resulting MAPKs. Hence, may be beneficial treatment human colorectal adenocarcinoma future.
