摘要: Several studies have reported the detrimental effects that bacteriospermia causes on boar sperm quality, but little is known about its IVC. Considering that, present study sought to evaluate of different concentrations Pseudomonas aeruginosa indicators capacitation status (sperm viability, membrane lipid disorder, motility kinematics, and protein phosphorylation spermatozoa) after Flow cytometry computer assisted analysis (CASA) revealed presence P in samples, mostly at greater than 10(6) CFU/mL, associated with a significant (P < 0.05) decrease percentages both integrity low also reduction kinetic parameters when compared results obtained from control sample, which presented typical pattern capacitated-like spermatozoa. Moreover, Western blot showed changes levels tyrosine, serine, threonine because bacterial contamination, phosphotyrosine p32, well-known marker IVC achievement sperm, being most relevant. Indeed, 3 hours IVC, p32 sample were 3.13 ± 0.81, whereas tubes 10(6) 10(8) CFU/mL 1.05 ± 0.20 0.36 ± 0.07, respectively. Therefore, provides novel data regarding contamination suggesting affects fertilizing ability by altering accomplish
