摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the dynamics of Golgi apparatus that includes vesicular transport through apparatus, distribution and its tubular network within interphase cell. Major recent advances include characterization homologous factors in mammalian yeast cells for inter-Golgi molecular identification components non-clathrin coat involved vesicle formation. Overall, these proteins participate cyclically a vectorial process budding scission from donor subcompartment followed by docking fusion with acceptor subcompartment. For cis to medial cells, this appears be stepwise requires, addition membranes, enzymes, (i.e., factors), salts, acyl coenzyme A, GTP ATP. It is suggested exhibits considerable plasticity. Plasticity an inherent property itself associated structural cytoskeletal proteins. Experiments Vero polykaryons clearly indicate reorientation is, large extent, independent movement nuclei.
