摘要: Several complementary experimental techniques, including measurements of the transient response, steady-state photoconductivity and xerographic effect, have been employed to investigate photoinduced effects in amorphous arsenic selenide alloys. Results suggest that metastable deep defect centres can be altered by irradiation.
