摘要: A fast and simple procedure for the hybridization of radioactive probes directly to DNA in agarose gels is described. Restriction endonuclease-digested fractionated by electrophoresis gel. After drying, gel denatured with alkali annealed a probe, pattern visualized autoradiography. This method sensitive enough detect single or low copy number sequences genome higher eucaryotes.
