摘要: A modified physical model is proposed for spontaneous mineralization potentials. It neglect the effect of surface polarization but accommodates resistivity mineralized zone and assumes a continuous variation primary source strength with depth. An integral equation technique developed to solve boundary value problem relevant model. considers stationary current flow due potential discontinuity existing in conducting environment piecewise constant conductivities. The applied study potentials particular two-dimensional earth. Results these numerical experiments show that predicts essential features behaviour both on earth as well drill holes. demonstrated independent absolute magnitudes conductivities - depending rather ratio conductivity country rock. increasing this from unity (zero contrast) infinity (perfect conductor) shown dramatically influence magnitude observed somewhat lesser extent shape S.P. profile. external self are found be dependent only difference imposed drop top base zone, i.e. they depend gradient function depth present internal however values over entire ore zone.
