摘要: Das Magenkarzinom stellt uns immer noch vor eine schwere klinische Herausforderung, da wir bei der Mehrzahl Patienten mit dieser Erkrankung die Diagnose erst im fortgeschrittenen Stadium stellen, in dem Heilungsaussichten sehr gering sind. Die Chance ist Fruherkennung und Pravention zu suchen. Eine valide Screening-Strategie bislang nicht etabliert, allerdings ermoglichen serologische Verfahren Anamnese Identifizierung von Risikogruppen. groste Potenzial zur Vorbeugung liegt Eradikation Helicobacter-pylori-Infektion. Entwicklung einer „Screen-and-treat-Strategie“ soll unser Ziel sein.
