摘要: Abstract The Rutgers 12-Inch Cyclotron is a research grade accelerator dedicated to undergraduate education. From its inception, it has been intended for instruction and designed demonstrate classic beam physics phenomena provides students hands on experience with technology. cyclotron easily reconfigured, allowing experiments be performed within one academic semester. Our offers the opportunity operate an directly observe many fundamental concepts, including axial radial betatron motion, destructive resonances, weak azimuthally varying field (AVF) focusing schemes, RF DEE voltage effects, diagnostic techniques, perform low energy nuclear reactions. This paper emphasizes unique measurements manipulations capable at Cyclotron.
