摘要: This paper reports a series of scale-model experiments wind-generated fire whirls that occurred in the Hifukusho-ato area shortly after Great Kanto Earthquake Tokyo 1923. The conditions are determined based on scaling consideration. Since it was difficult to make fuel Froude number (or dimensionless heat release rate) scale model equal prototype, is proposed relax requirement.
