摘要: The most common hereditary gastrointestinal cancers are colorectal, mainly nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (Lynch syndrome) and familial adenomatous polyposis. Other extracolonic neoplasms, including the gastric pancreatic adenocarcinomas, less well known studied because they account for a relatively small percentage of cancers. Nonetheless, merit special attention high associated morbidity mortality rates. We review syndromes with view to improving knowledge understanding these diseases, in order heighten diagnostic suspicion thus implement appropriate strategies, screening, surveillance treatment.
