摘要: It is at the level of antiarrhythmic drugs and mechanisms cardiac arrhythmias that cellular electrophysiology (ionic currents, channels, receptors, etc.) interacts most closely with clinical electrophysiology. For this reason, we devote a chapter to review of: 1) pharmacology pharmacotherapy drugs; 2) basic cells; 3) regulators modulators ionic currents; 4) targets 5) action 6) proarrhythmia. This provides much science material electrophysiologist may find useful in understanding arrhythmias, drug antiarrhythmia proarrhythmia, genetic conditions such as long QT syndromes.
