摘要: In this article a description of the process spermatogenesis in Chinese hamster is given. Spermiogenesis could be divided into 16 steps. The cycle seminferous epithelium was 12 stages, coinciding with first steps spermiogenesis. relative and absolute duration stages determined. seminiferous found to 17.0 days. morphology spermatogonia studied tubules mounted "in toto." Four classes discerned; undifferentiated A (Ais, Apr, Aal), differentiated (A1, A2, A3). B (B1, B2). It interesting note that last generation (B2) arises at beginning stage 7 divides give rise primary spermatocytes second half stage; most other species 4, giving 6. unidifferentiated were counted six cycle, together A, or present same stages. results these cell counts are discussed detail. One conclusions drawn about behaviour Ais Apr during there mitotic activity cells several cycle. suggested serves generate Aal spermatogonia, which after one more divisions transform Al between 2 8.
