摘要: Abstract Here, we describe the enzymatic construction of a new larger base pair formed between adenine (A) and 4-hydroxy-2-mercaptobenzimidazole ( SB ) nucleobase analogue. We investigated incorporation 2′-deoxynucleoside-5′-triphosphate bearing analogue dSBTP into oligonucleotides (ONs) by DNA polymerases. could be effectively incorporated at site opposite dA in template several B family These findings provide insights various aspects biotechnology, including design non-natural pairs.
