摘要: Abstract Fluorescently labeled antibodies were used to identify transferrin receptors and mucosal in human gastrointestinal biopsy sections. Transferrin evident the villous epithelium crypt areas of duodenum, ileum, colon, predominantly basal-lateral area. In 7 subjects with low iron stores, intensity duodenal staining for receptor, on a scale 0–4, was 2.1 ± 0.3 (mean SD). This value significantly higher than 13 normal stores (1.1 0.4). 5 patients hereditary hemochromatosis, receptor not different from that stores. found apical cytoplasm epithelial cells but observer assessment sufficiently reproducible make quantitative analysis. Our results suggest deficiency is accompanied by an increase absorptive cells, genetic lesion hemochromatosis does involve intestinal mucosa compared
