摘要: Study I in this chapter reports an Indian (Marathi) adaptation of the Revised NEO Personality Inventory (NEO-PI-R), its psychometric evaluation, and gender differences based on data from 214 subjects. Factor analyses supported Five-Factor Model indicated factorial invariance across American cultures. The study also demonstrated utility oblique orthogonal Procrustes rotations multiple group factor analysis evaluating Model. II, employing 300 subjects, examined Eysenckian correlates (NEO-FFI). obtained correlations provide validity evidence for NEO-FFI parent instrument, NEO-PI-R.
