摘要: Normal, human diploid skin fibroblasts (GM-10) were grown in culture and the changes mean cellular, nuclear nucleolar dry mass area monitored simultaneously at regular intervals until last passage. The results which analyzed statistically showed that all measures increased during aging vitro with a most striking surge for values from passage 29 to 31. of cell, nucleus nucleosis well correlated same structures. are discussed possible reasons findings offered.
