摘要: This chapter describes the latest advances in investigation of optical properties roll-to-roll (r2r) printed nanolayers for flexible organic electronics applications, as photovoltaics, by in-line spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE) visible–far ultraviolet spectral region. First, it focuses on fundamentals SE well aspects its adaptation r2r systems. Afterward, reports results from robust determination and quality control thickness polymer semiconductors, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxy-thiophene):poly(styrene-sulfonate) transparent electrodes high barrier nanomaterials deposited onto substrates form rolls.
