Placing Equity at the Core of Global Health Research: Time for an Expanded Ethical Framework?

摘要: It is generally accepted that the fundamental goal of global health research to improve and achieve equity in for all people. Global has made valuable important contributions toward achieving this, through clinical progress resulting from scientific discovery as well enhancements local capacity academic development. However, notable challenges remain. There are difficulties with itself, including obtaining authentic informed consent, effective safety monitoring, overly cumbersome, often inapplicable regulations.
