摘要: It is generally accepted that the fundamental goal of global health research to improve and achieve equity in for all people. Global has made valuable important contributions toward achieving this, through clinical progress resulting from scientific discovery as well enhancements local capacity academic development. However, notable challenges remain. There are difficulties with itself, including obtaining authentic informed consent, effective safety monitoring, overly cumbersome, often inapplicable regulations. Significant ethical tensions also present, such harmonizing priorities needs, addressing disparities recognition between international researchers, clarifying responsibilities researchers after completion a study. We propose revised framework calls renewed focus on equity. put forward key elements this provide some examples how these can be into practice.
