摘要: Adamantanes and neuraminidase inhibitors (NAIs) are two classes of antiviral drugs available for the chemoprophylaxis treatment influenza infections. To determine frequency drug resistance in A/H3N2 viruses Singapore, large-scale sequencing (NA) matrix protein (MP) genes was performed directly without initial culture amplification. 241 laboratory-confirmed clinical samples, collected between May 2009 November 2013 were included. In total, 229 NA (95%) MP (100%) complete sequences obtained. Drug mutations interpreted according to published studies. For NAIs, a visual inspection aligned revealed no known resistant genotypes (DRGs). adamantanes, well-recognised S31N DRG identified all genes. addition, there an increasing number carrying combination D93G+Y155F+D251V (since 2013) or D93G March 2011) gene. However, in-vitro NAI testing indicated that neither nor alone conferred any changes susceptibility. Lastly, I222T mutation gene has previously been reported cause oseltamivir-resistance A/H1N1/2009, B, A/H5N1, detected from treatment-naive patient. Further is required confirm effect this virus.
