摘要: To integrate social robots in real-life contexts, it is crucial that they are accepted by the users. Acceptance not only related to functionality of robot but also strongly depends on how user experiences interaction. Established design principles from usability and experience research can be applied realm human–robot interaction, behavior for comfort well-being user. Focusing these aspects alone, however, comes with certain ethical challenges, especially regarding user’s privacy autonomy. Based an example scenario interaction elder care, this paper discusses established used robotic design. It then juxtaposes considerations such as Combining perspectives, we propose adjustments original canvass our own recommendations a positive ethically acceptable In doing so, show may sometimes at odds, reconciled many cases, if designers willing adjust amend time-tested principles.
